Energy Balancing Techniques

have been known to strengthen the immune system, unscramble our energies, integrate the right and left brain hemispheres, calm emotions, enhance clarity of thought. Below are a few techniques to get you started in maintaining your well-being in body, mind and spirit.

These techniques will help too achieve a general balance and clear away energetic scrambling or reversals which often occurs when under stress. K27 is the last acupoint on the Kidney meridian. Locate your collarbone, follow to inner corners, feels knobby, drop under and just to the outside of these points. You can feel a bit of an indentation.
Rub each position 30 seconds
One hand on the navel, rub K27, the points
below the collarbone. Above the 1st rib, close to sternum. Switch hands and repeat. |
One hand on the navel, rub above the
upper lip and below lower lip. Switch hands and repeat. |
One hand on navel, rub the tailbone.
Switch hands and repeat. Tap Thymus (center of sternum) firmly.
Stimulates T-cells, boosts immune system. |
Rub or tap K27, just below collarbone.
Helps meridians to flow in proper direction. Tap or rub firmly Spleen acupuncture point.
Approx. 4 inches below armpit. Boosts immune system, helps with metabolism. |
Tap or rub firmly Spleen neurolymphatic point.
Below nipples, between 8th & 9th rib. |
Tap under cheekbone, Stomach acupuncture point. Good for calming & grounding.

Cross Crawl
Balances and harmonizes energy. Helps with coordination,
clears thinking, integrates right and left brain hemispheres.
Repeat Homolateral Crossover and Cross Crawl for three sets of 12 each.
ALWAYS END with 12 extra Cross Crawl.
By ending with extra Cross Crawl it is a way of retraining the body’s energy system. We want the energy to cross over, integrating right and left brain hemisphere.
Begin with Homolateral Crossover. Lift the SAME side of one leg and arm. Switch sides, as if you were marching in place.
Repeat 12 times. |
Cross Crawl, OPPOSITE arm and leg. Crossing over the body’s midline. Repeat 12 times.

Hook Up Calms central nervous system. Engages Central and Governing Meridians, bathing your spine and brain with cerebral spinal fluid. Place your middle finger in navel and middle finger of your other hand at the bridge of your nose at the 3rd eye. Push in and up. Breathe deeply and relax. Hold 30 seconds |
